Title: intake leaks
Post by: RoadGlideRob on December 19, 2018, 04:45:21 AM
is there some special procedure for getting the throttle body back in one of these without causing an intake leak?  I've tried multiple times and cant get it to seal.

The actual seals themselves don't seem to be as chubby as the twin cam ones so the flange keeps coming off while trying to install.  I can eventually get it on the bike but so far not without having a leak.

well try a set up where some one took 50 off the head and a 030 HG  HA HA I have found on a build to install intake before Rocker box . or you have to have one flange off slide it in and then fight with seal and flange .
