Title: Comp sprocket tighting spec

Has the tightening and Torque spec. Changed on a 03 twin cam ,other than what the book has to say? thanks.

They upgraded the spec for the '03 -'05 bikes in bulletin M-1170 to use 75 ft'lbs + 45 degrees.

.    Finally got it done changing a rear belt. I like the 45° tightening after letting that bolt stretch  ,Still comes out to around 165 foot pound torque.
