no codes runs good moving down road when stopped at idle will die starts back up doesnt do it all the time what would you look for

Check for vacuum leaks. Has the fuel filter ever been changed? There was also a problem with internal fuel hose developing pinhole leaks.
Last times plugs changed? Air filter clean? Start with the simple things.

If injected try cleaning the IAC. Air leaks next. Possible CKS issue. Process of elimination.

Speedo working OK?   A bad Speedo sensor can cause dying at a stop light.
