Title: which lifters?
Post by: Gunny on December 04, 2014, 01:37:30 AM
Hi all from Belgium,

A friend of mine have a 2007 Buëll Ulysses with 50.000km. about 31.300 miles and we are going to do some works on her this winter do you think it will be good to be secure to replace the lifters and if yes which brand would you use for a stock engine?

Thanks a lot.
Gunny.

I have read of no lifter problems like the twin cam has.
if they look good leave them.  mine have been in since 03.
also the  sock lifters been in my 1974 sporty since new.

stock, if you must...lol
really, maybe take a peak and if fine run them.
  (back in same place/direction)
sportys have  good valve train geometry.
