Hi DTTJglide,
Maybe, but I just hate taking exhausts off, so when I do, I'll replace wear items to delay the next exhaust removal.

Thanks
Pauly

The chain showed a little stretch so I replaced that with a new stock chain, it won't hurt to replace it, but not needed.

If I get a new (to me) Heritage, I will convert it to hydraulic. I like the feel better than cable.

Since you already have all the parts to go with the late model cable it probably won't hurt to try. The lever position can be changed easier with the cable.

I've never had a problem with my stock clutch, but you may want to have her try someone's bike with a juice clutch with the Muller/AIM, etc slave cylinder.

I've ridden the newer bikes since they went with the cable setup and find a stiffer pull but it seems to work ok otherwise.
JMHO of course!
I much preferred the Hydraulic clutch on my 2019 CVO to the cable clutch in my 2023.5.  The pull seems heavier.

I'm maybe going to have a $100 in this setup compared to the price of the other setups. Just the matter of some time.

I can see how they'd work well in various applications

Quote from: jsachs1 on Yesterday at 03:33:14 PMAnother broken spring issue.  Some chamber welding, replace seat, dual springs. Good to go.

As said dual springs   .  Break a spring, it clatters, open it up and change the set. (if you have a Nub Tool  )  No valves dropping, exploding parts, and big expense.
