Title: 0 pw at 15 kpa
Post by: 1stop on October 25, 2014, 05:52:38 AM
Is there a way to keep pw from going 0 on decell? I decell from 4000 rpm and pw goes 0 for a short time around 3000. When this happens, exhaust pops once or twice. Like to get the pop out. Thanks

Sounds like decel 15% 3500-3000 rpm area of the map ve's is low and the decel lean table a tad much in that range. Can't see hitting 0 otherwise. :nix: Alter either or both together should fix it. I'm not a fan of decel enleanment tables.

What level cal?  Some cals turn injectors off during decel.

I see the OP edited out the 15% . So what's the fix for the cals that shut injectors off. Raise timing in the 15% or whatever effected area to take care of the (normal to off injector) transition that produces a natural lean transition pop during that process?

Yes, add timing.
