Does anyone have a baseline adjustment procedure for a 4-speed hydraulic clutch actuator (the left side adjustment screw with locknut)?

turboprop

All hydraulic actuated clutches have the same adjustment, not specific to any brand, model, number of gears etc. Unlike a cable operated clutch, the hydraulics will sort of adjust themselves. Turn the adjuster screw in the pressure plate enough to lift the plate a bit. What you are doing here is bottoming out the piston in the slave cylinder. Lift the plate and wait a few minutes for the cylinder to collapse then back it out enough to release the plate and then maybe one or two turns more. This does not have to be precise as the clutch master cylinder will move the piston in the slave cylinder and the clutch spring will return it to a position where it is no longer applying pressure to the plate. It is really that simple.

I had a hydraulic clutch on this WG. If you look close you can see the line coming in at the bottom of the kicker cover. For the life of me I can't remember who made it. Worked nice though
