Any benefit or negative using this in an 04 95" touring bike that has the SE Hydraulic cam chain tensioner with upgraded oil pump?

Really the proper way is to measure the pop off pressure and bleed off of the cam plate, using a tool like Feuling provides.  You can still have bleed off even after using a high quality plunger and spring if there are plunger seating problems.
