Title: Update from PCV to PC6
Post by: rbabos on July 13, 2022, 10:17:47 AM
Ok, so PCV takes a dump and is replaced with the PC6. Can existing PCV software and existing 15-023 calibrations be used like before. None of the Power core software features needed or will be used.
Update. Seems the damn PC6 is EPA friendly with +/- 15% adjustment. No good for this boosted application. Need to find another PCV, dam it.

The little I have looked at the PC6, it appears to be super limited. Much like the SE "tuner" is now. *Might* cover an exhaust change. Maybe.

I tend to agree. Ok for stock and maybe stage1 .

So, say you've auto tuned your PCV and have adjustments larger than +/-15% and it takes a dump somewhere, a PC6 will not work as a replacement? Sounds like a lot of people now have dinosaurs
