Bullding a 128 I am looking for a Cam similar to the s&s 640 for a m8 any recommendations
There are plenty of cams that work well with the big bore M8s. They are not similar to the twin cam grinds because of the different geometry and requirements of the engine. What parts do you have and what are your goals?
I think he's looking for a cam that is smooth with linear but very good power output that isn't fussy on pump gas at a decent compression ratio. 640's are very good in big twin cams. My guess is S&S probably has something in their M8 cam line up?
