VSS issue

Hi

Did search...can't find my specific issue. 02 Electra glide classic. Tans oil changed in sprig.

-typical VSS issues stalls, non cancelling signals, were some speedo issues but not lately.

-changed VSS sensor, old one was coated in debris (spent night in hospital to get one removed, did I mention this was my first date with the lady that owns this bike? One eye cried through dinner, lol)

-first I cleaned the sensor while waiting for a new one to come in, ran well for a few hours then same symptoms, with new sensor it starts better, but same symptoms again.

- the sensor in the '02 is the one that has the wired pigtail included that runs into the battery box area to a 3 pin connector which looked fine.

- affecting my potential new love life lol! Any suggestions (about the bike guys!!!)
