Title: Full Exhaust or Stock HP w/ mufflers?
Post by: GRUNT77 on November 08, 2019, 03:09:53 AM
I'm planning on going stage 2 with an aftermarket bolt-in cam and TTS-Tuner.  I have a 2020 Low Rider S (114).  My question is if I leave the stock head pipe and and add some free flowing mufflers am I leaving that much performance on the table compared to going to a full system? The cats are in the mufflers on the Low Rider S.  I would appreciate at recommendations on specific mufflers or full system.  Looking to maintain low-mid range torque.  The bike will be Dyno tuned.  Thanks

Welcome to the forum GRUNT.  Think 2 / 1 to help the power in the range you want it to be.  So I guess my answer is "full system".

My 114 Heritage runs well on the stock head pipe and stock air cleaner. I have the S&S slip-on slash cut CARB mufflers with cats in them.
