Title: 03 Sportster Electrical

So a acquaintance thought he would try and wire in this stupid radio that mounts on handlebars . idk why. So he thought he would wire it in hot no fuse to the ignition itself. he stripped all 3 wires on the ignition and wire it to one of them. So now hes asking if I can fix it. Theres power on ACC AND NOTYHING IN THE on position. Does anyone have any ideas? would be greatly appreciated.

Bring a volt meter, and some patience.

Cut away the radio wiring at hookup, and start fresh.

Bring an assortment of fuses too.

Cut away the radio at hookup, and throw the radio into the trash can... :soda:

Man, I did an 8 hour ride with a mate Sunday, he was on a Yamaha MT10SP with headphones in his helmet, I had a pair of screamin'eagle slip ons, I had a way better soundtrack...
