um, I think Howie needs the whole headlight unit.
Howard, if you get desperate, look up Bent Bikes (they have one in Lynwood and one in Auburn, WA). They have aisles of parts off bikes. Let me know if that does not work, in that they will not go look for you....
I had a 1980 Suzuki GSX 750 with 2,800 miles that I sold about 8 years ago. Big mistake...
Suzuki GS headlight assembly H-4 H-lite O.E.M here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Suzuki-GS-headlight-assembly-H-4-H-lite-O-E-M_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ35598QQihZ007QQitemZ170289882817QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW)
Thanks everyone--now I need to chase down a parts book--apparently the 79 may differ from the 80-up...but the 79 light may have been used on earlier models....restoration is fun...:)
Hey Howard...
Try Rerun cycles in Sheboygan, WI (920) 208-0894, he's kinda a cycle recycler if'n you know what I mean and he's got alot of stuff.
