I must be getting old, because when I first saw the subject I thought it said "peeing inside gas tank".  :SM:

Hi All- I noticed some large flakes of tank liner beginning to fall off. Anybody have a product they used to cream the tank and was successful? I did it to another bike years ago and it worked good, but cant remember the name of it. Many thanks in advance.- Chas

None of the cams I ever used in my bike had the extra set of markings on the chain sprockets, but that is a nice feature. It is a lot easier to make sure the cams are timed to each other using those markings as they are right next to each other.  If your cams lack the sprocket markings use a straightedge to verify alignment with the markings on the end of the cams like the SM suggests.

Always had good results with Torringtons too.

FYI.... Due to Torrington selling to Timken, who later sold the Torrington Bearing line to JTEKT Corporation of Japan, Torrington bearings are now marketed solely under the Koyo brand name.

I said kit number 1060 as I assume you're working on an FLH bike. Other models have a different kit number.

Good call Brian.
To the OP Jims made those 6 spds for SE. In addition they were made to Bakers O.D. design in an agreement between the 2.

Have you looked at the Jim's USA 1060 kit? It's for SE six speeds for 1990 to 2006 bikes.
