Title: 128" wiseco K2802 11:1 ?

Going to use these 11:1 pistons with S&S 4.250 cyl ,however using BB calculator heads 89cc/30 thou gasket/Zero deck only getting 10:83 comp, using the spec found wiseco site of -9.8cc dome

Anyone come across this

Is that the measured volume of the heads or an estimate. Mine ended up being 88 cc's

Well no one has come across this probably, not sure looks like a senior moment!!
Done the inputs on BB calc today comes out Fine
Zero deck gives 11.35:1 static, 10.27:1 corrected 44 int close cam, 219.2 ccp sea level

Buildng a 128" currently.

Fuel Moto is using that same setup in their 128 piston/cylinder only kit and they state it comes in at about 10.75:1. So my guess is, you are correct.

Fuel Moto is using that same setup in their 128 piston/cylinder only kit and they state it comes in at about 10.75:1. So my guess is, you are correct.
Looks like they achieve 10.75:1, with their supplied kit Gaskets (0.045" head?) & about bolt-on 10 thou in the hole then.
With 0.030" head gasket stock heads about 87.5cc zero deck get 11.5:1 static

Pretty sure the cometic head gaskets I was supplied by FM were .030. Also, from everywhere I read, the factory head volume is close to 89cc.

Do they use Wiseco pistons ? I had a bad experience with those pistones back when the 106 kits were popular for the Twin Cams, the teeny- tiny rings jumped out of the teeny- tiny ring lands and , well you can guess what happened next.

MY 128 Fuel Moto build included Carillo forged flat top pistons for an 11.0:1 ratio

Yes 10.75 kits Wiseco Black coated pistons 3mm scraper with Daytona type jugs
