Will the black box work with current software?
As far as I know the current software will work but the unit cannot use Flight Recorder.
I had a black TTS married to my bike and used a blue to do the data logging with Flight Recorder and then used the black to load the map.
Was going ok till the ecm died and the black became a brick.
A blue unit can be re-assigned for a fee if returned to TTS but the black cannot.

Yes - I have the black box and it works fine - Obviously no flight recorder etc.
