Title: 2002 Touring ECM
Post by: fbn ent on December 03, 2021, 11:34:20 AM
A question for those more learned than me...

Having a discussion with a guy that says early '02s had MM systems. I don't find any information that supports his stance....

Anyone?  :nix:

No all 2002 Touring bikes had Delphi EFI.
Some people have no idea and just repeat what they hear as though it is gospel.
Softails had Delphi EFI in 2001
Dyna's got Delphi EFI in 2004
Sportsters got it in 2007

Touring bikes ONLY had MM from 1995 to 2001 and that is it END OF STORY
All other models were carby only until the above years.
Carbys were stopped completely starting the 2007 model year.

He won't get back to you.
It's like they guy that gets 45mpg 2 up on a Ultra going 80mph
Sounds good until someone says lets go for a ride and show me  :hyst:
They won't show up or will have some lame excuse about how the bike is not running like it did when they got that result.
