Title: ? on oil in rear air shocks
Post by: 86fxwg on June 11, 2019, 05:46:56 PM
Is there a service on the rear air shock oil?
Got a set that leaked out thru the air port when the guy laid them down. I would like to install them back on his bike if I can add the proper amount of oil to do it rite.

i did much the same as others did on here, Mytee Vac, in and out with fluid, i went with Belray 10w racing suspension fluid, a different consistancy than fork oil, it made my 2000 Screamin Eagle feel like a new bike, VERY worthwhile project :smiled:
