Title: Vehicle Information ....Oil Pressure
Post by: 50Panhead on June 28, 2018, 05:43:57 PM
On the 2017 touring bikes the Oil Pressure says "OK" or "Check Oil"
On the older touring bikes 2014 to 2016 the Vehicle Information  will give a actual reading.
Is there a way to get the pressure reading rather than "OK"

Nothing built into the bike's electronics. You can add a pressure gauge if it really bugs you. Personally, I wouldn't miss it. On the Rushmore you need to push the info button to see it, which I rarely do.

Can the Dealer see the actual pressure when they have the Digital Tech II plugged in?

I wondered the same. It's in the boom info   But I guess it was a 2016) that has pressure number and my 17 just says ok in the same spot as the numbers in the 16 ....wonder what is different ?  Or if it's just a setting.  Ok is about worthless.
