When paying the fee to add another bike to a dongle does the old map for the previous bike still reside on the dongle accessible to access?
Yes-but I would make a backup before I sent it in, cuz stuff happens...
You have to send it in?
It was sent in we have it, I will check it out. Thanks

They use a hardware chip to add a second bike on the same VCI.

That's even worse. I have licensed products and I can unlock any of them from any place in the world. I always thought PV's method was a little clunky but at least it does work remotely.
I wonder if the dongle would get updated at the same time (if an earlier version). That could be a plus worth the mailing time as long as you have planned ahead.
I think they only offer the update to blue/green VCIs.
Minor inconvenience to use the best :SM: :SM:
To some it's Minor and some it's PIA, and some it's the best and some it's not. It's your choice. I have no problem with TTS or others.
Yes each to his own...all have advantages...Ill stick with the PV almost instant tune License is a +

agree with this
but the ecm went out in my bike and turned the black dongle into a paperweight; that was a PITA
