Title: oil change , hissing noise from oil tank

changed the oil  on 2010  , let it run a few min. went to ck. oil , and when removing filler plug heard a hissing noise , never heard that before , have not rode it yet since oil change  , but i never heard that noise before :nix:

Probably didn't remove your fill cap.
(Slightly pressurized)
If you remove it first,  the oil will drain much quicker.

I think he meant after changing oil.

I bet a piston was in compression stroke when engine stopped and what you hear is compression leaking past the rings into the case which is connected to the oil tank. It will stop.
