Hi , I know these two parts obsolete but I'm trying to cross-reference them with another company that makes a harness but I am looking for the part number for the main wiring harness on a 2000 Electra Glide and the part number for the interconnect harness on a 2000 Electra Glide any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks to be:

70985-00 - Main Harness

70232-00 - Interconnect

Check the on line parts finders

Both harnesses can be found on ebay.
