P0134 code troubleshooting

Bike is throwing p0134. Using power vision in data log mode you can see the sensors are on and functioning, but the VE and VE new are identical numbers as though the sensors are reading, but not responding to the changes in VE... I'm stumped... If an admin can dual post this in afr/tuning section I'd appreciate it, or any tips/help. This ones frustrating the heck out of me!!!

What year?
There are two types. One Heated, One not. Either way you need to confirm 12v Power AND Ground) and 5vdc Reference Circuit is signalling the Sensor. If it's 4 Wire, confirm Heater Voltage and Ground. If all that checks out, replace the Oxygen Sensor. Check the Connectors and clean.
