Thanks for that Jim.  :up:  Wow, the names and memories. Associates like Sonny Routt, TC Christensen, Joe Smith, Russ Collins and Ray Price are a testament to who he was and the things he accomplished. Some of the names are still around . "Danny" Baisley is still racing and building engines.

No problem. Turns out Roy was my nephews father in law. I had no idea until I went to his funeral.

I see Elmer Trett's name mentioned. Elmer was a local here in south west Ohio. We used to ride out to his shop on Saturday mornings to see what ever we could that he was putting together.

Guy Leaming was my dealer for 30 years. I used to hang out to hear the stories, and see his race bikes. I guess it is true..."Race on Sunday, sell on Monday"
