Who made an exhaust with the exhaust flange is welded to the pipe ? I have a few sets of them .

Sorry , They are from an Evo engine . I've saw them on Shovels also .

The Python pipes on my 1993 Sportster have the exhaust flanges welded to the pipes.

I can't say this is true for all 'shacks, but the set on my TC and the Evo softail set hanging on the wall use the stock floating flanges.
