How does the old Harley orange Race Tuner compare with what's on the market today...Do HD dealers or anyone still dyno with them?
Those have been discontinued due to a Settlement with EPA.
No, they do not (are not supposed to) Tune with those. They do not meet CA EPA Air Standards.
But, if YOU have the Software you can do whatever you want with it.
If you have the bike that that VCI is married to, and have made changes, they are a perfectly adequate flashing device. A hemorrhoid to work with at times, but serviceable.
