Apparently his name and his motorcycles are enough; a quote from a recent article I read.

"The name is Motorcycles. EBR motorcycles ... LLC. For now. If there's one thing you can say about Erik Buell, it's that he's resilient. Not to mention he can build a hell of a bike, as well, but high prices and poor management have knocked down Buell's production plans on more than one occasion.

The most recent bankruptcy claim came in April of 2015. After an initial deal fell through with Atlantic Metal Groups, LLC, a company called Liquid Asset Partners purchased it at the end of the year. New Chief Financial Officer Bill Melvin Jr. already seems pretty confident about what's in store.

"(EBR) has financial stability, a profitable multi-year plan, and a 5- to 10-year vision," he said. "We feel there is still room for new partnerships or investment, but it is not critical. EBR is on solid ground and moving forward."

With Buell now the Chief Technical Officer, the company has already announced that production has once again started in the East Troy, Mich. production headquarters, and that the first bike is expected to be completed by St. Patrick's Day. That first bike will be either a 1190RX or an 1190SX, the two bikes scheduled to be sold under new operation.

Let's see if it sticks this time."
