AFR & Tuning Zone / Cam swap Tuning carry over

I'm finishing up a new build. I'll be using the same heads, TB and Pipe. I recieved a first start configuration from Dynojet. I'm going to get it Dyno Tuned by Joe Lyons again but my question is since he did the first Dyno tune, are there tables I can cut and paste to ensure a safe Heat cycle setup and trailer loading. Or could I copy the old Ve tables or AFR tables to the new tune? Probably over thinking as usual.

You may have hit the nail on the head FSG. Feuling sells the shorter plug. They're 0.200" less in length, 0.465" to 0.265".

wasn't there something about the sump drain plug possibly going in too far and blocking the oil return path either all or partially ?

Stock comp 103 ends up around 9.3:1 corrected with the 48H, ~9.5:1 corrected with the 100.

Milwaukee-Eight / Re: Comp Ramp

While I was working on a problem with my own compensator, I had heard of comp ramps breaking up such, and was considering using a billet ramp in mine. While I was using google-fu to get some info on ramps and such, I came across this post in another forum that may answer your question. Specifically post number 7:

Apparently there is a part number change, from 40100076, to 40100076A. Apparently this newer version came out within the last couple months. Perhaps this helps.

He's a normal sized 190 lb guy, and she is around 130 lb I would guess. Bike is a Road King. I was steering him to an Andrews 48 as I know first hand how well they work. But the TTS100 would get a bit more sooner.

Everything seems normal in that the oil is circulating up to the point it reaches the sump. The problem you describe is it stops there.  You have hopefully proven the other components with tested replacements and there is just about nothing left.  The oil stops at the sump and there must be a reason unless one of your "test" components has failed too.  I feel for you. :crook:
