I've just been informed that the .002 over lifters will be available next week.
When I get them I'll make them available at my online store.

There's definitely some devil in the details there. No doubt a big learning curve.

Follow what Rusticwater said above. And also what I do is use a small bur and scuff the inner primary so that the adhesive sticks better. I also drill two 1/8" holes in the back of the scoop to allow adhesive to grip it better, and lightly sand the backside so there is a better surface for the adhesive to stick. And everything needs to be very clean and dry of oil.

Big one checked off the list.  I have trigger signal and ECU knows what engine cycle both front and rear cylinder are in.  Degree wheel put me close but this cup is a bit off.  Maxx allows me to offset front and rear ignition separately.  I'll set these with light to address tolerance of cup.  Now I am to a point I feel confident this Maxx project will be a success.  The log is yellow counting missing teeth in cup.  Turn green when synchronized to engine cycle.  The bottom number is tooth count and side is time between teeth.  Since it only has 2 and match TDC of each.  You can see the time difference of the 405/315 degrees.  The Jay Leno backing plate is on the list to address.

Download the PDF installation sheet J05885 from the Harley SIP. On page 2/4 you'll see how that oil deflector is supposed to be also held in place by a metal retaining clip. You may want to check for its remains in the primary, if it was ever there to begin with...

AFR & Tuning Zone / PV Auto-tune or not
Last post by Jim Bronson - Today at 10:56:07 AM
I recently purchased a new PV license and tune from FM for my 2024 Heritage. It currently has V&H slipon mufflers and K&N high-flow air filter. The bike runs very well, and I could be perfectly happy just letting it alone. However, I'm wondering whether there would be any seat-of-the pants improvement by running an auto-tune session. For some reason, I just can't seem to keep my hands off it if there's any chance to easily gain some performance. Expert advice is welcome.

Thanks. Upon inspection, the compensator is looking to be in pretty ruff condition. The detached oil deflector might be cause. Also looks to be a later style SE comp.
