Has anyone used the SS MK45 slip ons with an aftermarket header? How was performance and sound as I can't find anything online.
Thanks.
The mk45 mufflers work well with the inserts installed. Once the inserts are removed there is a drop and not any gain. The grand nationals would be a better choice in my opinion now but I like louvered baffles better.
Joe how about the DB reducer, is that left in?

With the grand Nationals they are still helpful but not as detrimental if removed.

I ended up pulling one DB to get the best overall curve I like the GN over the MK myself . I tested both in both out and then left in , then right in with the opposite removed . . Both out it sucks huge loss of power both in made curve right side great but killed it above 4000
