If switching over to PCV and wideband sensors, even if the TTS base cal is set to open loop are eliminators needed for the new heated O2 sensors to prevent codes when unplugged? I suspect due to the heaters, yes , but need to be sure.

It depends on which functions are tied to the primary Fuel Table with the ECM tuning product you are using, you may be able to change the Fuel Table to open loop and it may set the appropriate commands in the background. With PV these items are exposed in the definitions so unfortunately I don't have an exact answer, you'll just need to try it.
