Does PV change the tune cal id found in the speedometer, eg will i see the same tune cal number in ecm, and speedo under self diag test. Bike in question is a FLHX a-13

are you asking whether PV can change the speedo calibration?  If so, the answer is yes.

ah.  i presume the cal id meaning the 10 digit calibration id?  i would believe that the speedo displays the cal id from the ecm, they aren't separate.
