Title: Screaming Eagle Race Tuner Pro O2 sensor fitment issue
Post by: ken6217 on August 11, 2021, 07:44:31 PM
I have my 2020 RGS at the dealer doing a Stage 2. I have the Race Tuner and the Auto Tuner. They told me that there was a fitment issue connecting the O2 sensor to the rear header pipe as it was hitting something, and that Harley had made a change to the header to correct this issue.

Does that make sense? I could have sworn he said it was hitting the transmission cover, but that doesn't sound right to me as the O2 bungs are much higher up than that.

That answer was yes definitely.

Yes we have seen it. It does mark the cover and 02 will eventually fail.

I am sure they tried it, but sometimes the pipe needs to be removed for widebands to fit and get started.

Why would it fail?
