Quote from: jsachs1 on March 26, 2024, 02:04:43 PMIIRC, Mike epoxied the manifold area spacers on the 57 mm Kury throttle bodies. I have that TB on my 05' CVO Electra Glide, and will check. Jims machining sells spacers. Check with them on bolt pattern, and dimensions.

John let me know what you find when you can look at the throttle body on your bike.
What do these spacers clear whne used on touring model? Are they really needed is the question?

Quote from: Shep236 on March 25, 2024, 06:42:09 PMOk thanks.  I wanna buy a cheap gutted one to port match to these heads I bought and just swap guts and go when I go to build the top end.  An intake manifold from an 11 electra should fit my 09 right?
You need to be careful. Some of the later ones were very thin in some areas. I have a some cores, and if I get a chance, I will try to figure out the years of the bad ones.

There is only one spacer in this package.
If you scroll through the pics it shows on front package that the spacers are needed for road king and dressers
My question is why?

Have you ever seen any body offer just the manifold for the Kury TB?

Quote from: blown alcohol on March 26, 2024, 08:27:03 AMI have found one 442 spacer for sale. How much would it cost to have it duplicated?

Don't know.  Depends on your resources. I would make sure the spacer is even needed.  IME of retro fitting EFI and TB swaps from this to that.  The differences between stock TC heads is flange bolt location.  There is no difference in head dimensions from port to breather hole.
