Title: Question... AFR FXLRS stock and spark tables

hello everyone,
first question ... this is the AFR photo of my FXLRS 114 stock made by PV. please why does the stock have a value of 11.8?
Maybe to cool better when the gas is at 100%?

second question ... the photos are of the spark tables for stage1 ... one of the PV and one of the SE program ... please which one should I install?

First answer, I would guess gasoline and not 10% ethanol if closed loop is 14.6? I would change the 11.8 to 12.8.

Second answer, I like the PV table better.
