hi im looking for a couple of rebuild kits for the hd.thanks Salty

V-Twin has them, but they are pricey. Sometimes you can get away with just a new diaphram. I had one on my '67 'CH. There is nothing like a well sorted Tillotson! Instant response!!!

yes the parts are pricey.so far besides a real good cleaning (the guy i bought it from(on eBay)blasted the outside and left the rest a mess i will need to replace the accelerator pump and all the seals(dry and brittle)once torn down and cleaned, i was able to test the ball checks (made the tool out of a plastic straw, a rubber grommet and a piece of tubing)i have to repair the choke shutter relief valve(somebody used a pliers to adjust(now the spring cant return it to its closed position)the main jet is .057 so ill start with it.Salty
