Title: Difference in fuel injector DTT vs others (spray pattern)
Post by: TXChop on January 31, 2020, 04:43:52 PM
So tuners, tell me if i messed up or not. Got a set of daytona twin tec 6.2's for my 124 M8 build.
I am concerned about the spray pattern. Anyone have issues with them?
They dont have the holes like HPI, feulings and other companies do. I didnt check the spray pattern yet
as i may still be able to return them.

Keep in mind the bike will be fully tuned by a very competent tuner, i just don't want to give him any disadvantages.

You will want to make sure the cone sprays on an angle, due to where they are in the tb. I have just run into this on some M8's where the 5.5's are over the 80% duty cycle. Steve from GMR has sourced some and Steve Cole is also in the process of acquiring some. Here's a couple of screen shots of a 114 and 128 with 5.5's.
