Title: 2015 Street Glide Diagnostic Erros
Post by: scootertrash1 on June 10, 2019, 11:08:41 AM
Hi all, I have a buddy stuck in Illinois with a 2015 Street Glide giving diagnostic error P0123, Throttle position sensor 1 high/open. Then gives a part # 001217-01. Then also gives code P1510 than it entered ETC limited performance mode. Is the TPS just plug and play or is there voltage adjust? Thanks.

After a bit of research, I find this info is in a Harley Davidson Electrical Service Manual. I never heard of such an animal! Anybody have?

This is a throttle body error. Have you tried cleaning and reseating the connector to the TCA?

Wires where they go into the backbone tray also have a tendency to break.

The bikes we have that have shown these codes have usually been pinched wires at the clamp on the right side of the frame neck.

Just like fleet mechanic said ,loosen the wires and clear the code and see if it comes back. the canbus system is sensitive.

Had the same issue on a '14 FLHX. Pinched wire in the neck. :wtf:
