Title: 41 mm bagger Race Tech update
Post by: guydoc77 on June 10, 2019, 11:46:44 AM
Just had the 2008 Road Glide apart again. Had leaking fork seal.
Previously, in 2013 I had installed .95 kg Race Tech springs and their emulators.
Two years ago I drilled out the other two holes in the emulators and increased to 140 mm the oil 15W oil level. I left the yellow preload emulator spring at 2.5 turns.
The other day, while apart I increased the preload on the emulator spring to 2.75 turns and increased the oil level to 135 mm.

Thus far, these are the best riding settings I have used. I really like it.
By the way, my weight is upwards of 240, maybe a little more  :embarrassed:

I am likely going to try the Race Tech products in the 2015 bike at some point.
