I have noticed when upshifting from first to second gears on my 2018 M8 Softail I sometimes get a rough shift. Kind of feels like the shift lever kicks back slightly. Anybody else notice this? What could be causing this?

Today I was out riding and noticed this rough upshift from first to second happen mostly when shifting during aggressive acceleration when shifting around 4500 RPM and up. Any ideas?

Stock bike?

First step, check all fluids and adjustments in the manual.
Check all the simple things first.
If the bike is under warranty, get it in to a good dealer and tell them. They can do all the checks and you'll have a paper trail if something is broken.

Yes stock bike. Primary level is good, trans. level is good. Clutch adjusted slightly past 1/2 turn out. Everything seems to be in order.
