Anyone use this? Where's a good place to hide it on a 79 FXE frame?

I put mine under the seat, as far away as possible from the engine heat & built a custom oil bag.

If that is the system that has an embedded micro relay to operate the starter, I would highly recommend adding an external "cube" relay to trigger the starter as the internal relay will fail in a short time. The cube relays are a somewhat sacrificial part but cheap and easy to replace. A "cube" relay will take the load off the micro relay allowing it to last many times longer. Also a 40A "cube" relay will deliver full voltage to the starter solenoid.
