I have a 1992 FXR and im doing a chain conversion. im changing out tranny pulley spacer to the 94 & up (.600") that is thinner than my 92 one. for anybody who has done this what offset are you using for the front sprocket? the rear is a .250"...

Would that rear sprocket be a stock offset FL/FX 73-85? FXR's usually had much more offset than .250" IIRC.

I  used a 1/2 inch offset trans sprocket from PBI and a flat rear wheel sprocket. Not very difficult and with todays chains is a nice upgrade if you want more options for final drive ratio's and an occaisonal ride down unpaved roads
