Friend has 2 cams for pan #'s are H-288-C and a H-295-CR this is what is engraved on cams. Any ideas?
Closest I can come up with. They must be really old cam grinds.

I did a Google search. Crane Cams Master Catalog, page 22, H-288-2
Crane Cam Lobe Profile Catalog, page 6, H is Hydraulic, 288 is Duration at .050 Lobe Lift,

Apparently H-288-C is the cam grind number, not a part number

S&S aquired all the tolling and info for Crane, give 'em a call.
