just scored a '80 XLH....missing the right side cover...among other things. not much luck in searching......any ideas ?.....someone with a pile of used parts bikes ?
Cam cover or sprocket cover?
Guessing battery/side cover, my ironheads missing that too.

Hard to find part. Don't pass one up if you have the chance to grab it.
right......battery/oil tank covers....there's several versions in the JP cycle catalog...all are chrome and almost a hundred bucks...each they call them oil tank covers...took me a bit to find them....
...and my chewed up large plugs in the primary are $30 ea.... :doh: guess the getting pretty part can wait...maybe I'll run across something else....
