Building a 110 drop in kit 10.8 comp MVa heads. How well would 660ps2  2000-6500 rpm work with combo or tman 590c

That’s a wide RPM range. What end do you want the power at?

In my opinion 660 PS2 cam is too big for a 110. Low end torque will be a dog.

The 662-2 is not going to be optimal at that size and static comp.

Just curious, how are you going to get MVA headed 110 drop on to 10.8:1 compression?

IME, MVA heads have huge (95-96 cc) chambers, and the HD kit is flat tops (-2 cc)  and the S&S kit is only slightly positive (.75cc)
@ 95cc, with flat tops, and the gasket sold with the kit, = ~9.5:1, and with the S&S pistons, ~9.7:1
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Use Harley 22502-07b pistons

OK, that'll get you close enough, if you correct deck height and use a .03 head gasket.
Simulator says the 660PS2 should be 3-5 better across the board than the 590's, but it doesn't account for the slower velocity of the large port MVA heads on smallish cylinders.

What model of bike are you working with?
What are your HP/TQ goals.

A 110 engine really responds well with a pair of worked TC heads. No need for the bigger MVA's.

2012 roadking 107 kit mva heads runs good  just going to 110

That 660 T-Man cam whips the torque up fast.

I have the SM660 cam in my 107 Dyna. Love it. Surprised a M8 117 with there stage 4.. he could not get in front on me.
I have not tried there PS cams but from experience and using a few of their cams. You will be happy.
BTW I could put around town and keep things mellow at 1500 RPM during early mornings I could also light the wick at that RPM launching.
I'm not here cause of a path before me, Im here cause of the burnout left behind

:agree:  My experience exactly with a 120 / 89 cc with a Tman 660SM . My understanding is the 660ps2 is a ramp change to the 660SM.

I also have the 660 SM in a 107. Perfectly tuned and well mannered at low rpm when trying to be quiet in the wee hours.

Used a 660SM in a 124" repair job a client brought in from Pittsburgh a couples years back, 110" heads.

t man .625 works very well in 107 or 110 too,can be set at a lot lower compression (10.25-1)

I put a 660 PS in my 124" and it really gave me the seat of the pants torque I was looking for, with decent hp too.  Around 205 CCP, around 220 hot cranking compression.
