normally I would agree, but most of the HD engine specific categories has a "show your X" sticky. I see no harm in showing pictures of TC's in the TC section.

Clint, the floorboards are Cyclesmith banana boards, enough room to dance on.No, haven't got any numbers yet , but what I can tell you, the front tire has 1/3 less miles than the rear.A FREAKIN' BEAST....xzo

Next summer, I will look at doing a mirror mount for the front brake to convert the front end to dual disk, and Vulcan de-rake kit with rear lowering to keep the bike level, and slightly more handle bar pull back.
I built the motor from a 2002 Softail, so I still have the original motor. I did the trans work two years ago, and the shift assembly went through many iterations. My bud owns a fab shop, so I did it in paper, cardboard, Masonite, and finally plywood. When I felt it was right, I tweeked the CAD layout, and gave it to him to laser cut in steel. I will fine tune the design come spring, as I break the motor in.

That's a beautiful Shovel. I grew up on the back of my dad's 86" '75 FXE & obviously have fond memories of the iron I got to see running around back then. The Dyna does such a good job of mimicking the look of the 4-spd bikes that I couldn't go anywhere else but retro. I don't go for all that billet, "high tech" stuff & unnecessary bling & prefer a low key, understated kinda vibe.

Started life as a 01 Road King..... it was wrecked when I bought it... So I built it as a Road Glide... 124" 45Mik 640ez's Pro Pipe.. Bags were extended by using 2 sets.. One good and another damaged set.. They are the older type made from fiberglass... Rear fender is a OEM fender.. 2 of them actually.. added the length by cutting and adding the 2nd fender.. then sectioned it to make it wider.. frenched in a lic plate pocket with hidden led lic plate plights. front fender is a OEM fender with 1" removed from the width. Rivets welded and filled.... Bike is actually Red.. not black... Its House of Kolor Kandy. Wildcherry..

Well that's a pretty nice motorcycle for your first one ever! Congratulations, have fun with it! Welcome to the site.
Sorry for the double post. getting used to this site via andriod. Getting ready to do a 117 stage 4. Sending off the heads to WFO Larry. Seems alot of the guys are pretty satisfied with his work.

That looks great without the bags! (Though they are necessary often.) I might have to consider another one in my future. You have that looking good, just not enough miles...
Took the photo just after we got it off the van yesterday. Bags were off so we could tie it down.
Two owners - elderly gents - before me and way, way too few miles.
Looks like your you got a nice bike.
Some of you who remember me might know I started this bike around 5 years ago. I've broke off and worked on a few truck projects, and also ended up with a troublesome Shovelhead that still isn't running right. This year I will get back on this project. I have all the parts to finish it except some wiring. It's not at all finished yet, there are changes I need to make before I want to ride it. But here it is. A 2004 95" Twin Cam Rigid.
I'm finally done after many distractions. Waiting on the pushrod keepers and that's it.

thanks. I'm up to 6 now. All twinkies, and all touring but 2 (my original Dyna's). I just picked up a low mileage '16 Street Glide Special over the summer. The white RKC that i posted earlier is Herko's old bike. I picked it up off of him a few years ago. It replaced the one I wrecked in '12.

New to me 2012 FLHTK, going stripped down. TW5-6 cams D&D and some minor headwork. cosmetics and of course 13" bars.
Looks good, you put some work into it.
My 2011 RGU 120X home built from a 2013 MOCO crate engine. Sheet and specs are in the dyno section and about 20,000 hard miles on the 120 now. LOTS of fun every time I ride it. So much that I had to invest in a GrudgeBox and RB Racing swingarm / chain drive conversion. Touch wood, it's all better now. :teeth:
Here's the specs (https://harleytechtalk.com/htt/index.php/topic,99409.msg1162057.html#msg1162057) .

The blue one is stock 2005 FI for 2 up rides. Recently sold.
I'll play. Bought this '12 FLTRU 3 years ago. Finally got around to installing the detachable trunk kit

Thanks... That 2003 Heritage I bought new, until that bike was 12 years old, and all my HDs before it, they were all parked outside... Now I've lived in SoCal since 1978... but parking outsie still takes it toll, and limits what work you can do on the bikes...
Me and my bikes are now all in heaven with the current set-up... :bike:
