Is the Ventilator restrictive on a stage 1 107” M8

Hey all.
I was talking with a buddy the other day who put some Cycle-Rama 460 in his new Street Glide Special Stage 2 build.
I can't remember what cleaner he went with, but he looked at my Ventilator on my new 107" RG and he said it's choking it down. He did back to back and the Ventilator cost him big time.
With a Fullsac header and 1.75" cores, he rolled 125/115 and said for me to ditch my Ventilator.
Plus also I'm really not doing myself any tq favours with the Rineharts and 2.5" baffles.
Will order up some Fullsacs ASAP
