I would also talk with Sheffer.  Always good to get opinions of people that have used it successfully.

Of the top 10 fastest power adder baggers in the country.  Right now I have 3 on this list that have all been set up for e90 with C&S blueprinted and installed MaxxECU.  One is the 2022 and 2023 probagger champion.  (Bert Baker bought this bike at end of season)  Of the 2 I have on the NA list.  One has been set up for e90 with C&S blueprinted and installed MaxxECU.  The other is running something else with TTS.

Standing right now.  I have 3 bikes in the top 5 of Pro Bagger.  First, third and fifth.  All running e90.

How do all these bikes handle this special fuel in between races and over the winter?  what special precautions are taken?

Quote from: guydoc77 on April 24, 2024, 07:59:44 PMAssuming you are 100% certain you have a recurrent intake leak:
Have the heads been off ever? Or milled? Are the surfaces where the seals hit still flat and true?
What air cleaner you running? The fitting of the backing plate can "pull" an intake and the manifold away enough to blow the seal(s).

I wouldn't say it has a recurring intake leak because it runs perfectly at any RPM. The heads were never removed. No leaks or blow-by. Everything is flat, true, and in alignment.
I have the SE ventilator air cleaner. But this started when the stock one was still on. But,... I will look closer at that area and see if there is something with that.  thanks

Not a common occurrence.

It's definitely worth confirming before replacement. Mine is 23 years old, 130,000 miles, still original.
What makes you think it needs replacement?
