I am looking for an early (shovel head Lowrider style) Lockhart Oil cooler and cover for a project. I will consider either as a single item or both together as a set.
I just bought the oil cooler and just need a cover now. It's the oil cooler that mounts at the top or the frame under the lower tree the shovel head low riders used. The cover is a rectangular leather / Naugahyde slip on unit.
Is your plan to use the cover during cooler weather? I run the Lockhart with the built in thermostat (hope it's till working after 28 years), so the cover isn't needed. If you don't find a cover, can you have one sewn-up?

Thanks Joe. I have that one on my watch list already (but not the other one you PM'd me). Now everyone knows about it. :hyst: They've been selling for crazy money and that's a NOS. I usually bid in the last seconds unless I'm going to be away and really want something enough to set a high bid exit. If I don't get it I'll consider the other one. :up:
