Power vision intermittently non responsive

Got a new power vision about a month ago.  Works great sometimes but other times I can power it on and make a couple of selections and then it just stops responding to input. Gauges continue to update but buttons don't do anything

Anyone's else seen this?

I've restored the os, updated firmware, run it connected to the bike and connected to pc with same issues.

i have had 2 powervisions go bad on me now. Both under warranty and pretty much out of the box.

lovely.  i'm doing a cam swap in two weeks.  i'm hoping I can get it working enough to download that map then turn it in for replacement.
